Good for stopping the itch,
This review is from: Itch-X Anti-Itch Spray-2, oz. (Health and Beauty)
I've always had bad eczema and it gets worse depending on the season.
The worst part about eczema is once you start itching it becomes harder to not scratch again. Itch-X is really good for those moments when you really can't stop thinking about scratching. It really stings if you have an open scratch, which became more incentive for me not to scratch. After you spray it, I found following up with a little hydro-cortisone really helps. But just applying the hydro-cortisone by itself sometimes made me more itchy, from application. If you've have a hard time stopping the cycle, you should really try this product out.

I hate to be the negative voice here, but I found Itch-X to be totally ineffective for me. Occasionally, during cold weather, my skin will react to and itch from contact with wool socks or sweater sleeves. I originally bought the product based on one of the other reviews that made it sound like it would be instantaneously effective. In my experience it does absolutely nothing! I find plain cortizone cream to be much more effective and generally good enough to cure the problem, and any of the Benadryl-related products to be the best, though over-priced unless found in a generic form (compare active ingredients).
