I enjoyed reading about the characteristics that separate top advisors from the rest. In Saly's book, I learned that advisors can be concerned with solving client problems that extend outside the realm of protecting and growing wealth.

Lucky are the investors who find advisors who really get to know them, and care about more than their money. This book highlights what investors should look for in choosing an advisor. It also can enlighten advisors on how to better serve their clients.

As an experienced advisor myself, I have appreciated the value of collaborative dialogue with my clients. This straightforward and easy to read book has already helped me refine my communication skills. Advisors and clients will be able to promptly implement Saly's helpful techniques. I am grateful for my rewarding client relationships, and pleased that a leader in my industry is validating that and moving us forward.

I wish I read Ms. Glassman's book 30 years ago. It should be essential reading for anyone who is starting a career or family. Ms. Glassman's book allows you to understand the most complicatd money matters without having a degree in finance.

Saly Glassman has done an excellent job of covering all areas of investing and financial planning. She wrote the book in a way that is very easy to read, especially if you are new to investing. She gives an in-depth analysis of the questions and feelings one must address in order to achieve their financial goals.
