This is a great album, but it's not "It's All Gone". It shares 12 tracks in common with "It's All Gone", but the disc I got is called "Miniskirt", and if you check the track list for "It's All Gone" at CDDB or somewhere, you'll see that the track list here is different.
That said, don't let that stop you from buying this CD. I've been enjoying it way more than I expected to.

This album is very fun to listen to. As Skeewiff's first solo album, released in 2000, it sets a standard for his talent and capabilities. This guy must leap out of bed every morning with a huge smile and drink 50 cups of coffee while speeding down the express way in his Shelby Cobra with the top down. This album sounds like it was a means of Skeewiff proving what he can do. The first track, Mexican Flyer, sets the tone with pure funk. I believe it was also used in a dancing video game, I think called Space Channel 5 or something like that. The next track, Miniskirt, keeps up with the same theme of funk but simpler and straight forward, in my opinion. Track03 keeps it up, adding a humorous chorus, but remaining funky in its own respect. At this point, I thought, ok this funk stuff is starting to get redundant. Track04 remedies that with a harder beat and "Shaft car chase" sound. Track 05, It's All Gone, has a purely classic vocal sample mixed into a rather goofy sounding song. This is one of my favorite tracks, even though it's barely 3 minutes long, because of its structure and ending. Skeewiff returns to his forte in track06 with hardcore funk, elevator shoes included. Track07, Copshow, has that blatant Shaft sound again, but more like Shaft in India. Track10, sounds like a Freestyler's song, a complete contrast to the other songs just to spice up the tracks. Track11 might have been a collaboration with Ursula 1000, but I'm not sure. Track13, The Thin Line, is another unique song which stands out due to its playful guitar and mixed beats. Track15 seems to have more of an intelligent structure and darker sounds which winds down the album perfectly. Track16 ends it with a fast paced love-making lounge tune. And a little secret, after 3 minutes of silence, there's a bonus track which sounds like something Herbalizer would do. A wide range of musical sounds and talent, Skeewiff has proven himself. Props to you, my good man.

This CD is by an English group I heard on Pandora Radio, Skeewiff. Its music is fast and fun - this is definitely a group with a sense of humor. I particularly liked "Miniskirt", but all the cuts make the CD well worth it.

I did not like this CD when I first scanned it in London. I scanned one more CD, then changed my mind and decided to buy it. It would be one of my only souvenirs from London, and one of two CDs bought within two years (hehe! RIAA can suck it! Go find legal sites to download music from. There are some out there, and they are fantastic!!)
Ever since I've had it, I've loved every bit of it. There is only one thing that still bothers me to this day: The first few seconds of the first track start out in low quality. Then it slides into its final hi quality sound. It makes me wonder what track they wanted played before mixing in the first track.
This CD is a great way to introduce people to electonic music that don't exactly like it to begin with. My favorite way to play this is driving to Vegas, and then, as I roll in, have the next CD be Rat Pack-type stuff: Sinatra, Martin, Davis Jr., Bennett). It just seems to fit fairly well, and gets me into the mood of the classy Vegas days.
