Created by Emmy Award winner Mitchell Kriegman, It’s a Big Big World is an innovative series that uses engaging characters, music and humor to introduce preschoolers to science and geography. It’s a Big Big World is produced with an innovative technique, developed by Kriegman, called "Shadowmation" which combines computer generated sets and an ancient form of Japanese puppetry called "bun raku" to produce a unique look. Investigate Your World, teaches scientific ideas geared to a preschool audience.

I was disappointed with the dvd because the actual tv show plays 3 regular songs througout each episode and the DVD cuts these songs out. I purchased the DVD for the sole reason of having these songs available because this is what my child enjoys.

I am so glad they finally put these out on dvd, I have been looking for so long. My boys absolutely love this show. It is very educational, great show for kids.

This is a wonderful show for kids of all ages. My son is 15 months old. He loves music. This program has lots of great songs. I enjoy watching it with him and think it is a fun introduction to science for little ones. I have both of the DVDs available for purchase.
