This is a fantastic book to keep by your bedside for a nugget in the morning and one before you go to bed. It puts a smile on your face and provides wonderful ideas on how to pamper yourself on days that you need it most.

I enjoyed this book tremendously. It reminded me a lot of The Little Book of Stress Relief. The Little Book of Stress Relief
