I usually have lucid dreams when I sleep, but this makes them more vivid. Although, I tend to forget my dreams much easier and faster when using this pillow. The lavender sent that is built in will remove headaches almost instantly, and I get an absolutely wonderful night's sleep every time I use this. I have had mine for a year now, and it still works as perfectly as it did from day one! and I just leave it sitting out too. MUGWORT RULES!
