This is a very well-written book that simply breaks down nutrigenomics, and the importance of complementary nutrition and gene testing. I expect this will be a growing area of interest for consumers and highly recommend they read this book to get a good understanding of the science if they are interested in exploring personal DNA testing services to support their health improvement efforts. I now purchase this book for my sales personnel and business associates, as we offer DNA-based testing services. It is a good building block in their training program.

I also recommend BKDR. Amazon.com ran out of books and I needed a number of additional copies for an upcoming training session. They called me immediately and filled the order promptly.

If you are interested in this growing and exciting field then you really must start with this book. There are several other books out there, but I think this one is the most organized, concise and easy to understand of the entire bunch. I keep this book at an arms length because I've had to use it so many times in my own work. Excellent book for practitioners as well.
