This rare 24-Karat gold pressed Asian version of It's Only Love only explains why Mick Hucknall has become one of the best voices emerging from UK during the last 15 years. He has evoluted froma kiddish new singer to an artist with incomparable interpretation of soulful pop tunes. He should be rated as a succesful tunesmith alongside Sting. Songs like It's Only Love, You've Got It, Say You Love Me and others actually have very simple arrangement which give Mick's voice an opportunity to really shine. This collection is a better product than 1997's Greatest Hits.

19 Full sized well known tracks one just loves to hear from them over and over again. Smooth, tender, and so strong. This CD is great to listen to fully concentrated, but also in the background. In this case you just feel good in listening, and every now and then a "Isn't that beautiful" jumps into your brain. A must have for people who like Simply red. If You have several CD's take care, probably You might have most of thr tracks already.

This is one of the best mixes of tracks from Mick Hucknall,demonstrating his great voice and sensitivity.A great choice if you haven,t heard much of his work before. Tracks I especially like are #13 and 17. Number 17 Mellow my mind is a really beautiful rendition of this Neil Young song, worth buying the album just for this.
