KURUPT

IT'S OVER

This may be Kurupt's most mainstream sounding song but it may be his catchiest ever for sure. Kurupt is my favorite artsist of all time and of course I love this song and spread it amonst all that I know. Of course a lot of my friends already liked Kurupt but the ones that didn't became fans. This excellent track features two great verses from the Kingpin and a verse from his then wife Natina Reed. Complete with one of the catchiest hooks of all time and some excellent bouncy production from Christopher Arms & Darrin Lockings.

I cannot recommend Kurupt enough to people because he is an excellent lyrists, although he was on a more fun vibe with this one. But with that said if you like fun, bouncy and more mainstream stuff like that this will be your perfect introduction. Of course a great introduction would be his mega hit "Who Ride Wit Us", listen to that right now.

I heard this particular song some years ago, and it stayed with me. The beat is REALLY catchy, and the hook is, well, off da HOOK!! Kurupt, of whom I'm not a real fan of, did this little ditty up real right!! Listen to it, it will have you singing the chorus over and over!!

The new album Space Boggie/Smoke Odyssey is Kurupt's most diverse album. What floored me on this CD- single was the incredible track called The Life I Live which I think is Kurupt's greatest track. It's really saying a lot and is just unbelievable. This track is Kurupt at his finest and I hope he makes more tracks like this. Props to the most talented lyricist on the West.
