Zsa Zsa leads two Chippendale-type hunks through a series of very basic exercises. Zsa Zsa's not in very good shape (though she wears a jacket over her form-fitting leotard, her belly flops out several times), but these exercises seem ridiculously easy even for elderly, out-of-shape people: "Sit down in a chair. Raise your arm. Now lower your arm" and the like.

The workout must have done a number on Zsa Zsa, though, as many scenes are repeated to give the impression that she's doing, say, three sets of an exercise instead of one. It's all very obvious -- the same camera angles are used and Zsa Zsa's asides (advice to girls on how to snag husbands, diamonds and such) are identical each time!

For the purpose of fitness, this tape holds absolutely zero value, but they couldn't have made it funnier if they'd tried! Get your copy now before it fades into obscurity forever!

Just remember one thing, if you purchase this exercise video you are not purchasing it for exercise. I brought one of these videos years ago when it first came out, after seeing her interviewed on the CBS Morning Show, and now I am buying three more for gifts, because my friends want copies!!! Here is a suggestion for a really fun night with friends; invite over a few of your really, really, close fun friends for martinis, put on this video and I promise you will bust a gut laughing at Zsa Zsa Gabor and her two pumped up hunks, not to mention the wonderful conversation Zsa Zsa has with you about love, life and all of her husbands. This video is purely for fun and laughs!!!!!!!! Zsa Zsa Gabor is a true orginal, dah-ling.

i have never seen ,a mess like that , an obese person ,with no knowledge of fitness,trying to make a buck ,selling such rubish,is simply a disgrace to even consider ,doing any of those --so called 'exercises--seeing her lying on the floor ,is like going to an animal auction ,and seeing a poor cow tired after a long day ,in the heat , and a few pounds of feed;lots of them .actually... sell your diamonds ,if you need the cash ...so badly...mama jolie is spinning in her grave, just two words --LUMPY AND DUMPY.

I have to give 5 stars because of it being the silliest and most hilarious workout i've ever seen, it's over the top at times and I doubt will have any weight loss effect except on your abs from laughing so hard, if you like Zsa Zsa or want a good laugh, then this is for you
