Joy's book is a grounded touchstone of sanity. This clear and honest autobiography lets those under similar circumstances know they're not alone and not crazy, at least no more than everyone else is More importantly it shows that there really is information and support available to heal yourself with. A nice change of pace from the avalanche of books fraught with everything from bovine stigmata to evil aliens intent on controlling the NASDAQ.
