Great book! Found this along with a bunch of other copies at a Salvation Army and it looked interesting. Not your average fluffy self-help book. Real-straight up talk! I couldn't put this book down. Do your self a favor and read it. Turns out the author passed away not too long ago and he was an educator at one of the colleges I attended.

This is a simple book on a very complex subject, written by someone who spent a lifetime in perfecting the craft of getting to the essence of living a rewarding life. Dr Bekoff's message is timeless, for all ages, cutting accross cultures, clear, practical and convincing. If you are looking for practical advise and want to start now, buy this book.
