As the game ends, everyone is found except for Missy, Itty Bitty's sister. Missy it seems has gotten herself into a bit of a jam. She is stuck under the hose cart! As Grandma, Roxy, and the other puppies try to help, it is Itty Bitty who comes to the rescue. He applies basic problem solving skills to the situation. First, he needs to understand the problem, then he needs to develop a plan, and finally, the solution is found. The real-life, color photographs and story teach children these important, developmental problem solving skills. In the end, Itty Bitty asks the children to always remember: Even though you are little, you can solve a BIG problem. It is hoped that this adventure will inspire children of all ages, but especially children with special needs who know what it is like to be Itty Bitty.
