Everything Dick Dale would like to be, and MORE! This thing rips. I listen to it when I'm shredding on my board... it gets me totally pumped.

This is the greatest CD I have ever heard! So much better than the sickning sweet pop that dominates the airwaves!

It does rock, and it's weird, hard to describe. Even the gospel-sounding ballad All Cried Out has a line in it where John threatens to blow his brains out with a 44 Magnum. Wild. The guitar instrumentals have the same kind of dark psycho edge. Some of the other reviews hit the mark, but some ot this stuff is a trip that you really must take for yourself. Highly recommended.
