No Dilemma too Hard for God!, February 12, 2006
This review is from: Ivy's Dilemma (Thy Will Be Done) (Dilemmas #1) (Dilemmas) (Paperback)
Dilemma: Ivy Jones-Miller's husband--- former professional football player, Raymond Miller is a drug addict, an adulterer and he has stopped providing emotional and financial support for his wife and three children. Solution: Get a divorce! But accepting the end of her marriage was a difficult decision for Ivy. Being a pastor's daughter, Ivy was raised believing that there was no situation that God could not turn. However, after much prayer and reflection, Ivy faces the fact that her 11 year marriage to her childhood sweetheart is over. But before she can file the petition for divorce at the courthouse, Ivy receives a call that will change her life forever.
Reign does a great job of mixing over the top drama with sound biblical messages that remind the reader that there is no problem too big or too small that God can not see you through. And to keep us company along the way, He often sends friends and family to offer us support, love and comfort.
Ivy's Dilemma is part of one a trilogy entitled Dilemmas. All three stories revolve around Ivy Jones-Miller, Sheena Daniels, Miranda Jones and Jade Sanders who grow up in an urban city. Each woman tackles the everyday trials and tribulations of life while learning to be strong woman of God. These four women will remind you of your best friends, your aunts, your cousins and of yourself. Grab a copy for you and a friend, and happy reading!

Ongoing drama, October 9, 2005
This review is from: Ivy's Dilemma (Thy Will Be Done) (Dilemmas #1) (Dilemmas) (Paperback)
Raymond Terrell Miller & Ivy Jones-Miller have been keen on one another since the very day they met. As neighbors their infatuation grew with age. After 11 years of marriage, Ivy finds herself alone, afraid, brokenhearted, with steadily increasing debts. With everything around her spiraling so far out of control Ivy is uncertain as to how much more she'll be able to undergo.
Why does it hurt so bad?
Ivy's childhood sweetheart Ray was long gone and replaced by some unfamiliar man. The disrespect and disregard for Ivy, and their children for the past two years was far too gone, and as a final blow Ray requested that Ivy divorce him.
Wasted my years a fool of a wife.
As Ivy girlfriends Jade (who has a ton of secrets), Miranda (her cousin), and Sheena (the overly opinionated beauty) gather for a girls' weekend. Ivy details her past 2 years. As she sheds off the layers, breaking down the enormous barriers Ivy's quelled with a mortal dilemma.
Through sickness and health 'till death do us part
Those were the words that we said from our hearts
The dilemma becomes even more massive as the families fight one another instead of consoling one another during their times of need.
I know there are no guarantees
In love you take your chances
But somehow it seems unfair to me
Look at the circumstances
Ivy was able to tolerate the travesties while at the same time remaining a virtuous woman. Though Ivy's dilemma was a fresh start, I can't wait to read all about Jade's dilemmas'.
Reign is a new author whose work centers around women who rely on their faith in God, friends, and families. I highly recommend this book.

Dilemma, June 18, 2008
This review is from: Ivy's Dilemma (Thy Will Be Done) (Dilemmas #1) (Dilemmas) (Paperback)
It was love at first sight for Ivy and Ray when they were children, that love blossomed all the way to adulthood which resulted in marriage.
Years later Ivy Jones-Miller wants a divorce from the ex pro football star Raymond Miller. Ray is a drug addict, womanizer and can't seem to get himself together. He has stopped providing for Ivy and there four kids mentally and financially. Being a product of a preacher's kid, Ivy stayed prayerful that Ray would turn back into the man she fell in love with.
Needing a break from her dilemma. Ivy's best friends and family Sheena, Jade, and Miranda comes and spends the weekend with her to boost her spirits and offers her there loving support. Adding more misery to her dilemma, Ivy finds out that Ray is killed in a car accident.
Will Ivy be able to find the peace that she deserves?
Ivy's Dilemma (Thy Will Be Done) (Dilemmas #1) (Dilemmas) I recommend for everyone to read. Through thick and thin friends to the end is my motto, this was shown throughout the book. Love this story, can't wait to read "Jade's Dilemma"
