This is my second purchase of the Izzo Swami 3000 GPS. I love mine so much that I purchased one for a gift. It is so easy to use and best of all, it recharges in less than 2 hours. Having the car charger is a plus because you can charge in enroute to your course.

I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE THE SWAMI 15OO THAT WAS STOLEN FROM MY GOLF BAG. THIS THING IS GREAT, NO NEED TO DOWNLOAD COURSES OFF MY COMPUTER ANY MORE SINCE THERE ARE 12000 COURSES ON THE UNIT ITSELF. IT CAME WITH A NICE CARRYING CASE AND A SLEEVE OF BALLS. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

Pretty sweet little unit, but not as pin-point accurate as sky caddie. Nice to have all of the pre-loaded golf courses without paying any monthly fee. On the few golf courses that I've used it on, I would say maybe a couple of holes on each might be 5-10 yards off according to yardage markers. Still, if you are looking for a cheap way to have yardages at any course that most people will ever play, it is pretty cool.

Saving strokes

Great little GPS
I stood on a par 3 167 yard hole. My Gps said 159 yards to the pin. My buddy has a gps he spent $400 for and his said 159 to the hole. Enough said! This unit works great!

exactly what i wanted
