This book really has it all. It gives you details about AJ Foyt's life and puts them into an emotioanl context that allows you to visit his world. On the other extreme it gives you a window into the world of this brave man who could not go fast enough. You get the feeling that you are really learning about the man himself. The relationship with his father is a beautiful one and if you are not careful can bring a tear to your eye. AJ Foyt certainly has 'the right stuff.'

Great book about a great driver. If you have never met AJ Please try to do so if you can. He is an American Racing icon. He has done it all,His way. And you surely don't ever want to anger this man. Enough said. A true racing hero.
