I purchased this for one of my nieces for Christmas and the first one arrived broken. I replaced I and the second one seemed fine. I decided to order one for my other niece and it has been a debacle. I am returning my second one because of defects. Pieces were missing from the first, instead of the company sending the replacement hardware I had to repack the whole thing and ship it back, the replacement one came and when it was assembled the wood split when screwing a bolt in. So back it goes. Amazon customer service has been helpful w/ honoring the original price and doing expedited shipping. It overall not impressed with the quality. Too bad, it's the cutest little thing!

Just one look at this scooter and you can't help but fall in love with it. I bought it for my one year old daughter and although her little legs cannot yet reach the rails, she loves to hold on tight and rock to her hearts content! My only caution during assembly is to be careful not to over screw the hardware as you may easily puncture the front (so much for the great paint job!). Regardless, it is a great addition to the indoor kinesthetic toys my daughter has to choose from. I do however wish it came with an appropriate scooter helmet (totally unnecessary, but would be undeniably adorable).
