5.0 out of 5 stars Works great and the price is right
Especially with the free shipping deal, this is competitive with any other prices I found for pre-assembled stemware racks. If you have a router and/or a compound miter saw you could probably build one a little cheaper, but for about twenty bucks, your time would have to be fairly cheap.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice.
Installs easily. Accepts some wood stain. Has no "back" to keep glasses from dropping out backwards. Careful !

Especially with the free shipping deal, this is competitive with any other prices I found for pre-assembled stemware racks. If you have a router and/or a compound miter saw you could probably build one a little cheaper, but for about twenty bucks, your time would have to be fairly cheap.

The rack is sized to accomodate our big 25-ounce Burgundy glasses just as easily as it holds our little port glasses and champagne flutes, thanks to the beveled rails that hold the bases of the glasses. It is a nice design feature which seems cosmetic but turns out to be functional.

The rack was absolutely trivial to install in our existing kitchen cabinet shelf; the included self-drive screws do not require pre-drilling. I found it less fatiguing to drive the screws in an 'X' sequence, so that after the second screw, I no longer had to support the structure while driving them. The entire installation took about 3 minutes, including removal of the glasses from the existing shelf, and replacing them into the rack. Not bad!

I much prefer this style of rack over the chrome wire-rail styles.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great looking and easy to install Wall-Mount Wine Glass Rack, December 31, 2005
We've had a built-in bar for over 20 years and always had the countertop cluttered with glasses. Since we have a very high ceiling in the bar we needed a rack that could wall mount and get them out of the way. We ordered 2 of these racks on Dec 23rd - they were here by the 26th and on the wall the next day. Now we can entertain having what we're serving on the bar instead of our stock of glasses. Service was great through this seller (Kegworks) we got delivery tracking emails to let us know where and when our shipment was and when it would arrive. Would definitely recommend this product and this reseller. Check out the picture we uploaded to see for yourself.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great rack! Right Price!, May 28, 2009

We had no room under our cupboards to mount this stemware rack, so we mounted it under a "header" that divides the kitchen from the breakfast nook. It looks great, but we had to nail a strip of wood on one side of the rack to prevent the glasses from going all the way from one end out the other.

There is no way I would ever use anything other than a wooden rack for stemware, as metal is simply too prone to damaging the stemware, making loud clunky noises when putting glasses in, etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Quality!, February 22, 2008
This review is from: J.K. Adams WSR-1025 Stemware Rack (Kitchen)
I order things online all the time but rarely have time to write a review. My husband and I have remodeled our kitchen and were looking for a nice stemware rack. I ordered 2 of these and we are extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. My husband usually builds everything himself because he demands the best quality and he is amazed at how nice these are!

Exactly what I needed. Holds a full 18 glasses. I mounted under one of my cabinets, and had no problems installing.

The stemware rack was sturdy and attractive. I'm very pleased with it. In my particular situation, I had to add a piece of wood behind it so the glasses wouldn't just keep going.

4.0 out of 5 stars Stemware Rack - unfinished, January 27, 2010

Nice piece...inexpensive, and free shipping via Prime (well, not that Prime is free!). Anyone could make this, but for the price, it's not worth my time. Well constructed...mounts via (4) wood screws through each corner. If you want to paint or stain this to match cabinetry like I did (mine were white), be prepared to use high quality primer and make several coats. The grain structure and type of wood (pine?) sucks it up big time, so difficult to cover completely. Beyond that, nice...pre-assembled, and a snap to install. By the way, if you hang anything large like cabernet glasses, don't plan on more than like (3) per slot unless they are on the smaller side. I've got a couple Riedel Vinum Extreme glasses, and getting three of those in a slot would be tight!!

I was looking for a nice-looking and well-made wine rack that wouldn't stand out in my small kitchen. It was easy to install and works just as advertised. It's deep enough to hang 3 large wineglass per row.

This simple and attractive rack does its job without drawing attention away from your stem collection. From channel to channel center, there's a generous 4 inches to accommodate the larger Riedel glasses. You may not want to hang three of these puppies in a single slot, though. They will fit three deep if you hang it far enough from the wall, but I found that three was just too crowded and unstable for my taste. Using two chains, we were able to suspend the rack under the bar lights for an appealing look.

I ordered this rack as a solution for my stemware storage and I am very pleased with it! It mounted easily under the cabinets and fits the area perfectly. The slats have enough space between them to handle my stemware with 3" bases. (Four small-based and two large-based glasses fit in each row.)
