J. shoes are amazing. I own 3 different styles and they are all super well made and of good quality materials. They seem to run on the big side and I had to order a 1/2 size down from my usual size. The Florence pump is a cool shoe, it looks like a casual loafer from the top view but the side view it's a cone heel.Luckily it's not too high to be impracticle but you do need to know how to wear heels or this shoe will be just an office shoe or special event shoe. The laces are cute but I changed mine out for basic brown, which is the color of my pair. They are definitely comfortable enough to wear for hours on end, but again, it's 3" heel and you'll need balance. Overall, I love this shoe and I would love it even more if it was a shorter stacked heel. Very worthy of the price.
