Editorial Reviews

Review

This book provides more information about the real reasons for the acquittal of Simpson than all the other books on the subject combined. Written so that non-scientific readers will gain a full comprehension of the reasons for the acquittal and the persons and agencies responsible for said acquittal. -- Robert R. Ogle Jr.

From the Author

This book explains the real reasons for the loss of the criminal case against O. J. Simpson. The large army of media pundits and the smaller army of book writers who "analyzed" the reasons for the loss of the criminal case against O. J. Simpson were dead wrong in their assessment of the reasons for the loss of the case. The author analyzes the case from the perspective of a veteran crime scene investigator and forensic scientist. Since the entire case against Simpson began and ended with the wealth of physical evidence which proved his guilt beyond any doubt, it was the abysmal attempts at crime scene investigations which destroyed the case at the outset of the investigation. The primary reason why the crime scene "investigations" were horribly botched is the Los Angeles Police Department's disdain for physical evidence in general and for forensic scientists in particular.
