This is a handy tool to have if you do alot of electrical work. It has a cutter for cutting wire, a stripper for stripping 12 gage wire, and the needle nose is great for bending the wire to loop around the screw terminal on a switch or outlet.

Klein has a long history of proving electrical workers with quality tools. Any electrician worth his tool belt uses Klein because they make a very durable, high quality product.

The handles on this tool are plastic coated for a very comfortable grip. the jaws are well machined and match up nicely. Klien tools come with a lifetime warranty providing you have not abused the tool( I.E. used it on a live circuit) These pliers last forever when used properly- I have used mine faithfully for well over three years and they are still rock solid.

Klein tools sometimes lock up in the case of their pliers- if this occurs, spray them with wd-40 and work the pliers by repeatedly opening and closing the Jaws. This procedure is also good for breaking in brand new pliers that could be tight

Much Much stronger than any standard long nose pliers. A bit larger than a standard pliers, so it is not great for looping small wires. It is excellent for general use when doing electrical work. Work well with a linemans to crush and remove old metal boxes in the wall when rewiring.

These are very heavy duty and well built. All journeyman pliers have duel compound handles provide great grip and feel in the hand. The cutting faces are quite strong and can hold up great. I haven't had to used the stripping hole, but would be nice in a bind if one doesn't have there strippers with. Another great klein tool!

I always purchase these pliers when I need to replace my old ones. They are comfortable and durable. The most expensive for a reason!

Klein makes the best electrical tools although you could probably use their Journeyman pliers for much heavier work. Imagine a seriously heavy duty pair of big needle nose pliers with the precision of the small electronic variety. These will bend really heavy wire with ease yet still pick up that tiny washer you dropped into a hole. The jaws mate perfectly, there's no wobble in the hinge, the cutter works great, and they're made out of really high quality hard tool steel that seems to shrug off all kinds of abuse. The grips are also very comfortable. Yeah, they're a bit expensive, but they're made in the USA and will probably outlast several cheaper imported pliers. So if you tend to wear out your tools before you lose them, or just want the best, get these (or any of their other Journeyman series).

Klein - you can always depend on them to make great tools. These plyers work smoothly, accuratel machined, and have comfortable handles. They are exactly what a worker wants when you need needle nose plyers.

This pair of pliers has great stripping and cutting action. They have a great nose to them, and they are heavy-duty to withstand anything!
