5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product
This is an excellent anti-fog for swim googles. I can't speak to using it on SCUBA masks. (I use a different product for SCUBA!)
I have one suggestion. After application, rinse the hell out of your goggles. The first time I used the anti-fog, my eyes burned, and I had to stop swimming to rinse my googles.
Subsequently, with a good rinsing, all was great.

2.0 out of 5 stars dissapointing
Purchased this product for my full-face motorcycle helmet. I applied as directed (the instructions are on the bottle, no ingredient info) to the inside of my shield, and it still fogged up. Maybe this stuff works for scuba masks and goggles, but fog is fog, and as a motorcycle helmet fogs less than dive masks, I thought this would work. Silly me. I guess I'll try to find...

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Anti-Fog Spray Out There, September 23, 2008

I went from being able to see well only 50% of the time using high performance anti-fog sunglasses to 100% of the time during white water kayaking, using this spray. It works much better than the others I have tried, to the point where no matter how many times I roll, I never get any fog at any temperature; all day long. No other spray even came close.

Directions on back are a little confusing, I just rub the stuff in with a microfiber cleaning cloth, let dry, and then run it under water to get rid of the residue.

This product seems to work well enough for my continued use. This is my second anti-fog product and both that I have tried have worked very well. Jaws works fine, but I do apply everytime I swim or I find that it doesnt hold up like I thought it would. This may be because I find that I have to spray the product into my goggles and then rinse before I begin swimming. If I don't rinse the goggles first, my eyes begin to get irritated and feel a small burning in them over the course of several laps. Rinsing definitely eliminate this feeling for me and keeps the goggles fog free. I have let others try this as well and they have all found it to be a beneficial product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Back for more. What more can I say?, June 30, 2011

I never write reviews (unless something is horrible), but when ordering more of this spray. I had to stop and say something. Here it is: It works. I swim regularly, and the factory anti-fog has long since worn off. I tried another product (drops) that was almost useless. The spit spray works well.

The process goes like this: Dunk goggles in pool*, shake water out, one spray of spit in each lense, rub around to coat the lenses (I even rub some of the excess on the outside just for fun), then quickly dunk again (get all the spray off or may burn eyes a little), shake water out again, put goggles on face, swim. I swim for an hour or two and never have to re-apply.

* Now the note: I have found that I have to use pool water to rinse the goggles. I don't know why, but if I use tap water, they start to fog after a lap or two. But if I use pool water they don't fog during that session. Of course, you should probably rinse with tap water after the swim, to get the chlorine off the strap and seals, etc. -- Manufacturer (mine are Speedo) says this extends life.

Now have fun "spitting" on your goggles!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Anti Fog out there!, November 13, 2011

We live in Hawaii and go snorkeling at least once a month. Tried a couple of products from Walmart and other local stores. Nothing worked reliably and for more than an hour or so. This stuff is the easiest to use: spritz in each side of mask, rub around with finger, then immediately rinse off with ocean water. Worked for over two hours without having to reapply. Found out this is what the snorkel tour folks used on the trip we went on. I'm sold on this stuff. Plus based on how little is used with each pump of the bottle, it should last a least a couple of years.

It stops my swim goggles from fogging up for about 60 min and then the fog starts to come back again, though not as bad as without the stuff. I spritz my goggles immediately after my swim is over and I don't rinse them until I get to the pool. It seems to work well enough for me.

Does exactly what is says, used over several days/ports on my cruise, no fog whatsoever. Super easy to use, small size makes it easy to carry.

4.0 out of 5 stars Best anti-fog I've used thus far, May 27, 2011

I play airsoft, and sweat like there is no tomorrow. Friends I play with, fall victim to the same problem and as a result; fog.

I purchased this believing that it would help, if not eliminate the fog entirely.

I actually had relatively moderate expectations as I haven't used too many different anti-fog sprays but I can tell you that this helped me significantly. The mask fogged up one notable time out of 4 hours of rigorous play.

This stuff actually works if you use it right. Lasts for a good 2 hour swim. Just don't get the goggles wet afterwards. I am a competitive swimmer and don't want to keep buying $18 goggles every time the anti fog comes out of them. So this stuff is awesome.

I love this stuff. Before I started using it, my goggles were fogging within the first few minutes of swim practice to the point where I couldn't even read the posted workout. I just use one squirt of this and rub it into both lenses. I rinse it in the pool before putting it on and have never had any problems with my eyes burning. My only problem with it was that the bottle leaked some during shipping.
