The picture of the cone with the orange top and the black bottom is not the cone that we received. The one we received was of a lesser quality and look, being all orange and with an unfinished drip/poured look on the bottom, but for the price one cannot really complain too much; however, the picture is not the same cone that was provided.

I don't have much experience with cones, but we bought these to hold parking spots and they work well. Sturdy and don't blow over or anythign. We've been using them outside for over a month now and they seem to be of good quality.
