all feature's on this device work as advertise except the address book which does'nt work at all.after reading other people reviews,I see I'am not the only one with this problem.Jensen should stop the false advertising on the address book feature for the device.

I bought this for my new HU and I had my doubts about how well it would work for me...it's great. I can't use my address book with it with my phone model, but it does just what it's supposed to do.

This unit claims to be able to sync your phone's address book and other call information - however this features fails with many phones, including the iPhone. Technical support is well aware of this issue and has no plans to resolve it. The address book copy will appear to work properly, but contact names will show up as a string of random hexadecimal characters and not real names. This is annoying to say the least and severly limits the usefullness of this product. I've experience this issue when used with the Jensen's VM9423 head unit; I'm not sure if the problem is with the head unit or the BT module... but either way I'd avoid it for now unless you've tested it with your own phone first.
