Exactly same as the one I could get in Japan. Hard to make a comment. If you want to make Japanese dishes, I would recommend it.

I use this potato starch to make gluten free bread with and so far, no issues. No-one has reacted at all and the breads came out excellent! I wish the packaging was better (maybe a zip top bag) but overall, I'm pleased. Decent price too.

I initially bought this to thicken the "gravy" when I cook my dogs' food, since I didn't want to use corn starch for that because corn products make them itchy. But then I liked how quickly and smoothly this thickened broths that I started using it for my own cooking. It seems less prone to clumping than flour or corn starch.
