I LOOOOVE most furikake, especially on rice and for spam musubis. Unfortunately this flavor just does not taste that good / flavorful to me. I'd try a different type

This Furikake makes a whole new, wonderful, rice dish. Adds terrific flavor and sparks up rice! We use basmati and it turns out great. We add during the cooking phase.

Has a sour and tangy taste like Habiscus flowers. To compensate for its unique taste they try to add lots of salt to make it borderline savory; a lot of salt. Really, look at the daily salt intake from one serving of it.
Other than that, it probably will give a nice flavor if used in experimental cooking.

I like this sprinkle on a dish of soba noodles with toasted sesame oil and greens. Also good to put on left over rice.
