Product Description

Our take:  Perhaps one of the most intriguing new Airsoft AEGs to come from JG, the UA-4 HYBRID RAS fully automatic electric AEG rifle is a near-perfect rendition of the highly versatile BULLPUP rifle platform.

Outfitted with a newly redesigned high performance full metal gearbox, which is coupled with JG's enhanced ultra high-torque motor, the Urban Assault HYBRID RAS rifle shoots smoothly at OVER 400 FPS.  Accuracy is equally amazing, as you can accurately take down targets at over 100 feet. A fully integrated rail system comes standard with the rifle, making it a modular platform that you can easily attach all sorts of accessories to (i.e. laser sighting units, scopes/sights, flashlights, etc.)

QUALITY ASSURANCE:  Through numerous factory visits, we are able to confirm that JG tests EACH and EVERY single AEG that they ship out by putting each unit through a rigorous 16-point inspection, which ends with a Q.C. agent shooting no less than 450 rounds from the rifle to ensure quality before exiting the factory (hence sometimes buyers may find a BB or two left in their mag, as a result of the Quality Control agent's test firing).  This gives us even more confidence that JG is ever-increasing their attention paid to quality, and is a contributing reason to why the quality of JG AEGs gets better year after year.

I (Son of Alan) have had this gun for a number of months now and it still works fine. The upper reciever is metal and the lower reciever is a hard abs plastic. The gearbox is metal and is fine. In about the 3 wars i have had I have won them all with this gun. It is extremely accurate at long range. Just use a heavier bb than .20.

Pros:
-Accurate
-Sturdy
-Awesome look
Cons:
-At least 15 pounds and would use it as a support role

Ok let me start by saying I hate everything JG they are complete junk for the most part. I owned a m4 jg and replaced everything costing as much as a top dollar and not being better then any of the high dollar guns. I really wanted to hate this gun but was able to play 3 games with it and this gun is pretty good. Comes with a huge barrel as do most all bullpup designs for airsoft. I own the G&G f2000 and would put this gun as a close 3rd in the bullpup line.

The rate of fire is good with a 9.6 this gun does come with a MOSFET but ive heard problems with them and IS NOT LIPO READY. The barrel in the gun sucks hands down. I asked about aftermarket parts and he said all he had done was add a systema m130 spring and a 6.03 tight bore. But he had the stock barrel we installed it and there was a HUGE loss of range and grouping. With stock barrel this thing shoots about 100-120ft with the upgraded barrel was out with my g&G f2000 at 180ft+. And I dont like the mag release at all. Its m4 style in the back and takes a lot of getting used to and I mean a lot. Ive shot the real ones of these and find the same problem.

Pros
One of the best guns for under 200
Good out of the box
Light mods can make this thing on par with high end guns
comes with tri rails unlike G&G f2000 for flashlights or lasers and foregrip
Seems really well built (did not see gear box)
Comes with MOSFET

Cons
Heavy 10+lbs I believe ( Just FYI I own a real AR10 with all the bells and it weighs in at 11.3lbs thats with flashlight eotech troy sights everything so I consider a bare airsoft weighing the same a lot)
Comes with Mosfet (con because if you want to replace motor or wires you have to now unsodder
Could really use a better barrel
its a JG

I really wanted to hate this gun but this one is one of the best AEGS you can get for under 200.

I'm angry at myself for not ordering one sooner. I found myself waking up every morning to track my package. The wait was well worth it. The accuracy and rate of fire is ridiculously amazing. It's definitely sturdy and durable. Though it is a little on the heavy side. But that's my fault for not working out properly.

Pros
- HIGHLY accurate with .20g bbs. I'd love to see it with heavier ammo.
- Long lasting battery
- Quad rail system
- Can take just about any role (support, assault, sniping, etc.)
- Nice size for CQB (about the same size as an M4)
- It looks a little on the ugly side but who doesn't like something different? I love it

Cons
- Too heavy for people with poor upper body strength (yet very tolerable after learning to distribute it's weight)
- I didn't order one sooner

Overall: This rifle is a beast. It will be my main for many years to come. For it's price, It's definitely well worth it. Money well spent.
