It's pretty heavy being mostly constructed of a sturdy-durable ABS plastic. Now when I say, "plastic", don't let it fool you to being a very cheap gun. Your arms will wanna give out after holding this baby up for afew minutes. It clocks in at about 350-370 with .02's. Internally, it's pretty simple to install upgrades as you only need afew simple tools to pop it open. The only thing that I find just ALITTLE bit annoying but isn't quite an issue is all the screws you have to take out in order to get into the gearbox. It's more time consuming than difficult to sum it up. I'm loving the technicall work of this gun though! Simple and easy to learn.

This gun has absolutley no wobble which is pretty awesome. And the attached scope is badass. The stock and carrying handle are sturdy and the selector switch clicks into place with no problem.

All in all, JG did a good job on this gun. Thanks for providing affordable and skirmish-able g36!

Seller was quick, will buy again!

I got this gun about 2 1/2 years ago as my first aeg when i was starting to airsoft, and I never thought it was amazing, but has always been a good gun. first off let me say that I really like the integrated scope, primarily because it looks awesome, but it also makes it easier to aim with a mask on since the sights are elevated. as for the gun itself, the build quality is some form of a polymer, definitely enough so that it wont crack from a short drop. internally, I must warn you I am kind of spoiled since I have become serious in airsoft, but it really isn't great. performance is pretty good, but the gears get fried pretty quickly, so if you are gonna get this as a serious airsofter you should dump a few upgrades into it. another thing I was disappointed in was the fact that in mine the inner barrel only extended to the length of the g36c's inner barrel. also, i prefer shopping on airsoft retail websites such as evike.com and airsoftgi.com since you get a larger selection, more reliable reviews, and often much better deals. all in all i give this a 7.5/10, and if you have a larger budget, go ahead and get the ares g36. it's liscensed and it has better quality overall :)

The JG (Jing Gong) G36C is an excellent gun for the price. When it works. I purchased this gun and for the first day it shot great. I could hit my target at 125 feet using full-auto without much of a problem. The second day I went to use it, however, the gearbox locked up on me. I have researched and found that this is usually caused by trying to fire the gun on a low battery, which in turn causes the gearbox to be stuck in a halfway position. However, in my case the gearbox seized because while firing it I did not fully depress the trigger before releasing it, which caused it to cut the power off to the gearbox before it had completely rolled over, which caused it to become stuck in the half way position. Using a smart charger to fully charge your stock battery MIGHT be enough to cause the gearbox to unjam, but that is not at all guaranteed. A more sure way, yet still not guaranteed, to get it working again is to use a larger type battery to force it to go. It is not recommended you use a large type battery for normal use, just to help it unjam. As for myself, I do not have access to a large type battery OR a smart charger so am having to wait 3-4weeks to send the gun back to be repaired. If you purchase this gun I HIGHLY advise acquiring a smart charger and a large-type battery in case of a gearbox seize. Other than this major problem, it is an awesome gun that handles and shoots very well.

i got this gun and for the first year, it was awesome, ran any match, on any field, during the winter i tried upgrading the internals,(found out the hop up was broke, but held together inside)realized they send the outdated guns that you cant get parts for , so this gun work until it breaks then you cant fix or upgrade it...buyers be ware
