I mean, come on... it's Jif! How can you go wrong? Smooth, excellent taste, addictive as hell. Great on bread with jam, on crackers, celery, you name it! These two jars were priced at the same price I have paid in the store, and I got free shipping with no tax. How can you beat that?

Just wanted to inform all that you can get 2 jars of Jif, 5 lbs at Walmart for $11.74 without paying for shipping. You can also get 2- 40 oz at most grocery stores for $13 or so. Amazon your prices are way too high. Not competitive enough.

When I received my order, one of the plastic peanut butter containers was perfect. The other container, full of peanut butter, was smashed. Huge mess. There was no protective wrap inside. Not to mention, the box looked like the post office had played soccer with the box. AND I had to sign to for the box of peanut butter?? What. Weird.

You know - "Choosy mother's choose JIF"! The very best peanut butter you can buy. (Although I have a friend that swears by Peter Pan peanut butter). Oh, well.

When I was growing up, my grandmother used Jif peanut butter as she read that it was ranked as the best peanut butter among the main brands. Having worked with a nutritionist, she recommended that I buy the Teddy's brand of peanut butter as there are no added ingredients. She also said to refrigerate it after opening it to keep the nutrition in the peanut butter. As Dr. Oz said on Oprah, he keeps his nuts in the frig and then wondered why the audience laughed.

When I looked at the ingredients in this Jif peanut butter, was disappointed to see added ingredients as follows:

made from roasted peanuts and sugar, contains 2 percent or less of molasses, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapeseed and soybean ), mono and diglycerides, salt.

Jif's makers should make a healthy version of this peanut butter for those of us who don't want sugar, diglycerides and added salt. In the meantime, I'll be buying Teddy's peanut butter.

I purchased this twin pack if Jif creamy peanut butter twin pack at BJs whole sale club in the Baltimore Metropolitan area for about $10.00. The peanut butter is very smooth and glides on easy on bread without putting holes into it. Also, it has 7 grams of protein, 10% vitamin E, 20% niacin, 4% iron and 2% riboflavin. The negative is that it is packed with a lot of sodium, fat and hydrogenated oil what can clog the arteries.
Even though the peanut butter has a lot of sodium and fat, just put a table spoon portion on bread to meet your daily nutritional needs.

Both my wife and I like peanut butter! But like in most things we have a different opinion. I love the extra crunchy style while she likes the creamy style. They both have that great Jif® taste and they are a good source of protein and fiber. Jif® is the top brand out there and the make a very tasty product.

We like it on toast or crackers for a snack or for breakfast. We still even like PB&J sandwiches for a fast meal. If you like peanut butter, you'll love Jif®.

Butter? Made from peanuts? What a GREAT concept. So you take the peanuts, squish them and mix them up and in a jif you have..wait? In a jif? Hmmmmm. Maybe, just maybe, we could call it JIF peanut butter? Naaaaaa, who would EVER buy a product with that lame name...
