I have 3 kids under 3 so I have carried a diaper bag constantly for the last 3 years. This is the third bag I've owned and I've found a winner! My favorite features are:
1. Messenger strap - this allows me to easily carry the bag hands free while I'm holding kids hands or carrying things too and from the car. A definite must for me.
2. Lots of pockets - both interior and exterior. I like lots of exterior pockets for sippy cups, my phone and keys, binkies, etc. things I want to access quickly. Lots of interior pockets to organize diapers, wipes, snacks, etc. this bag delivers on both fronts.
3. Wide vs. deep. I find that deep diaper bags tend to become a bottomless pit where things get lost - this bag is long not deep and keeps things more accessible.
4. Roomy but not bulky. You can fit a LOT in this bag, but when I wear it I don't feel like its so bulky that I'll take out anyone I walk past.
5. Colorful lining - black lining is another recipe for lost items in the bag - my bag came with green lining so it's easy to see what's inside.
6. Stroller grips. I love the JJ Cole stroller grips - they stay in place and its very easy to attach or remove the bag.
7. Pattern. It doesn't hurt that the bag is so cute. I want to carry it even when I go out without my kids!

So far no complaints here!

I ordered no less than 20 bags of all different prices and brands through Amazon (up to $200.00), and this one was the winner as far as size and functionality went. I am going to write a crazy detailed review b/c diaper bag shopping is HARD work and I just want to help some mamas (and daddies) out. So here are some reasons that I like this bag:

Size: Great size! A little roomy for a couple hour outing, but it doesn't look awkwardly empty. And it holds everything I need for a day away. (I have 4 kiddos)

Pockets: There are four generous sized pockets inside. I have about 8 disposable diapers and the changing pad in one, cream/Powder with wipes on top in another, extra spit up clothes in a 3rd, and a pouch full of baby/kid meds in the last. In the outside pockets, I have attached toy tethers to the satchel rings in order to secure toys without worry about losing them. The zip pockets are kind of small, but I have extra pack's in one and gum/phone can fit in the other. The end pockets can hold a sippy cup or water bottle in one and I can fit a bottle and icepack in the other. The outside front/back pockets would also accommodate bottles and cups.

Internal non-pocket space: Even with everything in the above pockets, I can fit a skip hop wet/dry bag with extra clothes in the middle AND a playtex bottle cooler if I need it.

Stroller attachment: These work great and do not take up much space in the bag. Also, if they happen to break, they are only 8.00 to replace, which is a considerable amount cheaper than other brands.

Color: The green in this photo is much more lime green then you actually get, and the white is actually Khaki. If you google the bag, you will find a better photo. I also ordered the gray, which was beautiful as well and now belongs to my sister.

Warranty: JJ Cole has a two-year warranty on their product and are very easy to work with.

Extra note: I actually removed the satchel straps from mine without damaging them and just left the rings. With the satchel straps AND the messenger strap, I found the straps to be overwhelmingly in the way, and I only use the messenger strap. It looks a small bit awkward :-), but after looking through so many bags that were lacking, I just went with it!

I hope this review was helpful!

Fell apart within months. I ended up cutting the straps off because they were cracked and frayed then the cross body strap broke off. Total garbage

Let me start by saying I have a Petunia Picklebottom bag that cost me $175 and this one is 50 million times better. Easier access, more pockets, lighter and all around more functional. I get compliments everywhere I go with it!

I got this bag and I was so excited about it. I actually had to wait about a two months till it was available. When I got it I loved the space, design, look and feel of it. I figured this bag was going to last me a long time. Until yesterday when I looked at it and noticed that where the handles meet the bag, it is starting to tear. Right where those metal rings are at. I was SO disappointed. I take very good care of my bags and I have never had this happened. I'm extremely disappointed in a bag that cost so much to start to tear and fall apart in 6 months. So beware if you are buying this. The only way around this is to possible use the larger stroller strap all the time instead of the shoulder straps.

Perfect size! Its adorable and the pattern is very attractive, looks more like a purse than I diaper bag! awesome purchase!

REVISION:AFTER OWNING THIS FOR A FEW MONTHS, LIKE ANOTHER REVIEW SAID, THE STRAPS ARE STARTING TO CRACK AND WILL EVENTUALLY BREAK, LEAVING THIS $60 DIAPER BAG USELESS! DISSAPOINTING!

I have owned and used this bag for over a year now. I love the color. It is a beautiful green and the outside of my bag still looks great a year later and lots of use later. I love the wide opening at the top and that it can zip close. The handles are holding up well and the messenger strap seems to be doing okay. However the inside of the bag is a mess. The fabric is thin and something has caught it and torn in a few spots. It is also stained because it isn't machine washable and is hard to wipe out. From having a zippy cup spill inside the bag once, it leaked all the way through the bottom of the bag and stained the messenger strap. The zipper pulls on the outside of the bag also fell off during the last year. Needless to say, for such an expensive bag, I expected it to hold up better. I will be purchasing something else that is machine washable before my new baby is born this fall. I wouldn't spend a ton of money on this bag again.

I have two kids and babysit a few others. I can say that this is THE best diaper bag I have owned yet! Easy to find things with the organizer pockets and not so deep that you lose things. Plenty of room for everything you need. Zipper pockets are great for your phone and keys! And did I mention that the design on the outside is cute?!

The only reason this bag didn't get a five star rating from me is because the quality of it isn't great. It originally came to me with the messenger strap broken, so I returned it. Amazon sent out a new bag, without any broken or missing pieces, ASAP. Overall, I feel like this bag could have been made better. The seams look as if they might fray and fall apart in time. The zipper is cheap, so I'm afraid it may break in the future. It also would have been nice if this bag was made out of waterproof material to make it easier to clean.

Would recommend to mom's that don't just want to make their life easier, but want to look classy doing it!

I picked this diaper bag because it was one of the few I found with a pattern I liked, that wasn't too busy, too girly, and wouldn't clash with everything I was wearing. My husband has no problem carrying it because the colors are neutral. The bag itself is roomy and has lots of pockets to keep things organized. It's comfortable to wear and carry around. I've been using it for 2.5 years with my first and am reusing it for our 2nd baby. I liked it so much I had no need to buy a new one for the new baby. The only reason I gave this bag a 4 instead of 5 stars is that when I washed it, the metal buttons on the bottom of the bag all came off in the washing machine and there is no way to easily reattach them. It doesn't stop me from using the bag. I definitely recommend it to new moms.
