Swedish Djs? Secret identities? Obscurely titled albums? Hip hop/indie pop fusion? Yep. All obviously amazing. All here on one album.

But this is pretty dope. I'm a fan of all sorts of ambient house and chillout music and this is right in the zone. This is hooky, drum driven pop with some a dash of shoegazer thrown in. There are some really beautiful floating instrumentals going on here. The slightly dry female harmonies are beautiful as well. It's got some bongo world beats, steel drum and violin going on. Usually world beats make me think of the albums you roll your eyes at while waiting in line at Starbucks, but this is more Vampire Weekend than Paul Simon. I'm assuming that the marijuana leaf on the cover indicates I should get high and chill out to this album. Maybe I will, but for now it's a great straight up headphone music.
