I was encouraged to purchase this product after viewing a video on YouTube [...]. I like the concept of getting total separation between the callers voice and the outgoing voice or audio. Upon using the product I experienced a kind of noise coming out of the output of the caller even without plugging the phone line. I tried to fix it by using a Noise Gate but it did not work. I don't know if this is an error in the product or if this is how the product behaves. I have to continue using it with the noise because I'm an overseas customer and it is difficult for me to return it back.
