Mine came with one speaker inside the unit that was not secured so I returned it as defective. I did not test the cd player or mounting, but the controls were poor. I was led to believe by another description on Amazon that there were radio presets (meaning a digital tuner). It is an analogue (knob) tuner and it was very hard to select the right station and the tuner brought in only strong stations. The tuning and volume knobs are hard to turn since they don't extend far enough to actually grab them.

Please don't consider this a full review since I did not fully test the unit. But after 5 minutes it was clear I wanted a different player.

After a couple of months, the CD player does not work any more. The radio still works but I am very disappointed with my purchase. Not to mention the holes I had to drill in the bottom of my cabinet for nothing.

Just a warning, after 1 week of very light use -- the CD player is unable to play any CDs. The radio still works, but the CD player is not working. Not impressed with the quality.

The CD Clock radio was a great purchase. Sounds good, looks good it's all good.

THE DAY I GOT IT I WAS SO EXCITED TO MOUNT THIS AND START USING IT. ATTACHING THE ITEM WAS VERY EASY TO DO IF YOU CAN READ, WHICH I WAS IN LUCK THERE, SO I GOT THAT DONE. AS SOON AS I USED IT, IT WASN'T WORKING CORRECTLY TO START WITH. I OPENED THE SLOT TO PUT THE CD INTO IT, AND THE CD TRAY WOULDN'T CLOSE. I HAD TO TURN THE POWER OFF AND THEN BACK ON TO GET THE TRAY TO GO BACK INTO THE UNIT. BY THIS TIME IT WAS EASIER TO JUST DO THAT THEN TO REMOVE THE UNIT AND SEND IT BACK; SO TO THIS DAY I HAVE IT IN THE KITCHEN BUT BETWEEN THE CD TRAY AND THE POOR SOUND QUALITY I DONT USE IT AS MUCH AS I THOUGHT I WOULD.

No remote! easy install. Works good, but you get what pay for, and more importantly you don't get what you don't pay for!

It is a cheap "value unit" And sounds like a "plastic box" with no low-tone quality at all. And absolutley no bass. We're returning ours for a SONY!

I bought this for my wife for christmas. It has a nice look and matched our kitchen. Installed it and it failed right away. It took several times just to play a CD. Then the CD draw got stuck. Then the right speaker failed. I returned and bought a better one.

I was a little leery because of the reviews I read, but so far everything has worked great. Good reception and the CD player sounds great. Great deal for the money.

I've had an under-cabinet CD player/Radio for a few years, and the radio never really worked right and the CD player quit on me recently. Hence my purchase. This radio has a dial tuner, but at least the signal comes in and the CD player works. I wouldn't say this is the best product. It's not BOSE sound quality or digital tuner, etc. But it is certainly sufficient for my needs, which is just to have music around when I'm cooking in the kitchen.

I bought this radio for my bathroom wall cabinet which only has about 9" deep. I was browsing around to find any under cabinet radio that will fit. This is the only one that its depth is less than 9". I don't understand why all other brands can't make the under cabinet radio this small. Even thought many of them are meant for kitchen cabinet, come on, what century are we in? I can't say the sound quality of this radio is great, but it is not lousy, indeed. For the price and form factor, I think it is very good.
