I've always been a big fan of the Think Tank stuff. It's bulletproof, is designed well so everything works as it should; all of the finishing touches are "just so". On the other hand, the Think Tank stuff does cost a few more clams than some of its competition. I have a Think Tank Airport Security v2.0 and love it, but a couple of times a year I have a shoot that requires more equipment and need a second roller bag.
Enter the Jlab Spinner bag; for quite a few less samoleans than the Think Tank stuff, it's a very good bag! Sure, it's not the super-heavy denier ballistic nylon like the other company. And yes, the zipper pulls don't have the build qualify and fabric loops of that other company. And the padding isn't quite as substantial. And the interior pockets are mesh, which isn't as transparent as the vinyl windows. And the roller wheels aren't quite as smooth. And it doesn't have straps to tie a tripod to.
In fact, the Think Tank is a better bag in every way than the Jlab. It ought to be, since it retails about 3x what the Jlab goes for. If I was entrusting a bag with $15k+ of equipment to airport baggage goons, this would not be the bag. On the other hand, this is the perfect carry on bag, meets all the international carry on requirements.
The one thing I really miss on this bag is that the Think Tank has a fabric handle on the bottom so you can easily lift the bag securely with both hands to place it in a car, taxi, etc. Far easier on the back.
So hey, I love this bag:
1. If you keep your stuff with you all the time, the slightly reduced padding isn't an issue.
2. Not to be a photo snob (maybe I AM a photo snob), but if you've got consumer grade equipment, this is probably adequate protection.
3. As a second bag (for monolights/pocketwizards/tripods/etc rather than pro cameras/lenses)
4. For anyone looking to save a few bucks.
In my opinion the Think Tank stuff is a 5 star product at a 4 star price. The Jlab is a 3 star product at a one star price, so it gets 5 stars from me.

The makers of the bag you are sniping for makes some much more than great quality bags. They have a great line of headphones and much more.
This bag is a little pricy, but when you compare it to the price of the camera and lenses that it will be protecting, it is completely worth it.

Nicely made, stylish bag. Very usable space all over, more pockets than you'll know what to do with. Compartments are appropriately padded. Great as a weekend getaway bag as well. I use it to carry both electronic gear and clothes.

This bag is the exact thing you need to hold all your stuff. With the many changeable compartments that are inside, there are also some other pockets n the outside for countless other items. The compartments on the inside are changeable to fit your cameras length and width. This will not only hold your camera necessities, it will also hold other electronic devices in the compartments on the inside. Rugged and reliable, and its good for the price also.
