great chair, bad paint job,

This chair showed up missing some hardware and paint pealing off of the arm. I should have sent it back but didn't want to bother with the hassle. We will sand down the arm and re-paint it when we get a chance. The chair itself is a great size for toddlers and small children and is in fact sturdy. I have no complaints with the materials, other than the paint.
