The plastic is really cheap. It came damaged with a circular tear in the middle. I could see the foam inside it. I e-mailed the company three times and they would not respond. Amazon helped me claim a file and I got my money back. Amazon is great at fast shipping, refunds, and helping customers.

Warranty and Instruction Organizer (Black) (9 1/2'' x 13 1/2'') Needs to hold more. Not what I expected for the cost. Think twice on the size you need before you purchasing.

The quality is not top of the line but I've used mine for several years with no tears/rips. It comes in very handy-I use it in a kitchen cupboard to hold all kitchen cookware/applicance/small electronics warranties. I bought one for a relative and they asked for another one. I am ordering some more.
