Incisive,

Considering this book was written nearly 40 years ago I found that the authors incisive comments about Russian character to be right on the nose. Accurate and quite telling. Actually surprising me that nothing really has changed since then in many ways. An enthralling book and well written as you might expect.

Gift for my daughter in law. She was delighted to receive this out of print book. It came from a library and had some library glue stain in it but she didn't seem to care at all.
