this is an exellent product is a good source of fiber, I had it before, this time I decided to buy it from here, I used it in milk shakes, smoothies, salads or with plain water, this has help my husband and I with alot of health issues, we even feel like we have more energy since we take it, I have used it mill and whole same result,this peoduct is part of my house...

I have been using flax seed for several years. I usually buy a major brand. This time I thought I would try a different seller. It was shipped promptly. However, it contained a lot of stem pieces and other debris. Because it would have cost as much to return it, I decided to clean it. It took abouit three hours and I got most of the debris out. I have been using flax seed for several years. I usually buy a major brand. This time I thought I would try a different seller. It was shipped promptly. However, it contained a lot of stem pieces and other debris. Because it would have cost as much to return it, I decided to clean it. It took abouit three hours and I got most of the debris out. Having been raised on a farm, I know how grain looks when it is harvested. However, I have never had this trouble with the main supplier.
