Nice little overlooked slice of the teen pie,
By Glen Zimmerman "RealMenDriveFords" (Lindenwold, New Jersey) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (REAL NAME)

PG-rated songs, nicely polished production, and J'son's loud, clear singing voice make for a pleasant listening experience here. "It Should've Been Me" is a smooth, New Edition-style ballad, and on the album's most creative song "Radio" (not to be confused with the LL Cool J hit), J'son, upon hearing his own song on the radio, calls the station and gives a shout-out to Brandy, saying "I wish she'd be down with me" (a reference to Brandy's hit "I Wanna Be Down"). One bad spot: An extremely uninspired cover of Hall & Oates "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)." The background sounds exactly the same, and he doesn't get creative with his enunciation of the lyrics, either. Aside from that, this album definitely worth hearing.

Love song hits from the 90s,
By carbsaregood (Santa Barbara, CA) - See all my reviews

This album has two of the best love songs from the 90s. They are track 3 "I'll Never Stop Loving You" and track 10 "It Should've Been Me." Listened to them all the time as a teenager. At these used prices, I'd say try it out.
