The AV-20320's MTS decoder not only receives stereo broadcast signals, but also offers Second Audio Programming (SAP), an additional channel usually used for an alternate-language track. For secluded listening, the TV comes equipped with a front-panel stereo headphone jack. Front audio/video inputs let you hook up a VCR, camcorder, or gaming consoler, while a rear-panel RF input accommodates older VCRs, cable boxes, and antennas, and stereo analog-audio outputs hook up the AV20320 with a stereo or surround receiver.
Game Mode optimizes the color setup of the television for video games, a multifunction timer turns the TV on and off when you're not home or works as an alarm clock or program reminder, and a feature called Apacon enhances picture sharpness. The set is also equipped with a Super Command remote control, Channel Guard and V-Chip, closed captioning with text, and XDS (Extended Data Service) auto clock set.

San Francisco Video Adict,

This review is from: JVC AV-20320 20" TV (Electronics)
I recently bought a 27" JVC and have been extremely happy. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. I then decided to buy the AV20320 to use as a supplementary TV in the kitchen. Problem was I got a lemon that would only play channels 2-13. I brought it to the authorized repair facility and they could do nothing so Amazon, good customer service that it provides, has taken it back. Perhaps the lesson is not all Japanese audio-video products are faultless, but it is a real nuisance to get a lemon and a hassle to deal with.
