We purchased this television set for home use, about two years ago for approx $400, from VanVreede's. We decided while looking at the "wall of tv's" in the store. This one had a much sharper image, and the colors were very rich, and true to real life. My husband and I both really like this set. There are different color settings also, which is GREAT for movies and video games. Works wonderfully w/ my digital camera to make VHS.

The only thing I would change... our previous television (a smaller 25" we moved to another room) had the "smart sound." Which controlled volume, keeping it at a constant. (you know those obnoxiously loud commercials!) With this television we find ourselves changing volume during commercials.

About the size... our entertainment center is built to hold a 32" television set. This TV barely fit in the opening. It actually is set in the opening at a slight angle, (really only noticeable when looking at the entertainment center from the side) Not enough to make us return it.

i love this tv, i've had it for about a month now and the sound is great, the picture is great, and overall, i love it.
