I'm frequently working away from home and need some musical entertainment to keep me company. This little box isn't great. It's compact, perhaps too compact, with sorta tiny speakers that sound tiny. There is no "bass" or "treble," only "presets." I haven't found a preset that makes the sound better.

It seems to work fine and the CD player works flawlessly. It arrived without any obvious defects. It's just not very good quality sound. For the price, I guess it's okay. I think I will spend a few more bucks next time. I expected more, even at this price, from JVC.
