I have this bird bath attached to the side of my Prevue F030 flight cage. On the front there are long "hooks" that go over the doorway, and then there's a spring loaded mechanism that you push between the cage bars, give a quarter turn, and it's on there for good. My cage has 3/8" spacing, and the mechanism fits thru easily and holds the bathtub very securely. It sounds complicated, but it isn't, and you can adjust the position of the mechanism. There's even a small adjustable nub, on which a sliding door rests, essentially closing off any openings. This thing is way more secure than most of the cage baths available. It's also larger than I thought, based on pictures. Three of my finches got in there at the same time recently. It took them awhile to try it--probably a couple weeks before all six got up the courage to take a bath. I took it off at night and put it back on about mid-morning, which caused them to notice it. Also comes in various colors. It's well made and well thought out.

This item may have been workable for small finches size birds. My Myers parrot was just a bit too big.

They love to get in here and just splash away. A must for any small bird owner.

Great quality plastic. Easy to remove and easy to secure it back into the cage. Maybe it's just my bird, but took a few days before he took his first bath in it.

Fits the cage well, is easy to attach and very stable. The one I received does not leak, but my male Gloster Canary is scared to death of it! Maybe it's the bright red color that scares him, or the size of it. Whatever, he will have no part of it. My finches love it, however - so it will still get used. Keeps the splash factor in check a bit and they seem to like the adventure of hanging "outside of the cage". Good product overall.

My birds are a little scared (new to the house), but this fits perfectly on the cage and I'm sure they will love it pretty soon! I'm very happy with this product.

I've included a video (sorry for the poor quality) of the bath leaking (bottom left corner)and to show how cramped the birds are. I purchased this bird bath because I didn't like the mess my birds were making all over the cage with water Splashing everywhere. I was using a small square container before. Anyway, I was really disappointed that when they got in the bath, Water still splashed everywhere & to top it off, it leaked all over the floor. My birds are about 7 inches from head to tip of tail & the bath is just a bit too small. It's definitely meant for tiny birds like finches-no bigger. Overall, I was pretty disappointed & will probably be making my own bird bath for them.

i love this it realy gets my birds clean without them having to fly around the room after getting wet. the birds however hate it. but i rather have a clean and cooled off bird than a messy over heated one.

Awesome Product. Very much larger than I thought. There is directions, but it is so easy to use, who needs them.
