I love this product! Before I bought this, I had stopped giving my conure cuttlebone because of the mess it made on the carpets. With this product she can now have cuttlebone in her cage all the time, since the holder keeps the mess in her cage and not on the carpet.

For many years we've struggled with attaching cuttlebones to the cage of our parakeets. Those built in metal prongs just don't cut the mustard. We like our similarly designed Insight feeding dish so much that I decided to get one of these cuttlebone holders. It's terrific.

I like that it is easy to attach to the cage, has a built in round perch, and makes the cuttlebone easily accessible for the parakeets. We've never had a problem with cuttlebone mess, and definitely won't know with the thoughtful design of this holder. This holder has been such a success that I may buy another one to use as a millet holder.

Not surprisingly this little device was made in China.

I needed something to get a cuttle bone into my conure's cage due to wide bar spacing and my desire to not expose him to plastic wire. I purchased this and I don't think I've seen him use it yet, maybe he will eventually.

The product is great looking, easy to use and hold's the bone snuggly. I couldn't ask for more from it.

To my disappointment, my birds ignored their cuttlebone in this.
Maybe the size of holder was the problem and they was used to seeing
just the cuttlebone by itself. So, instead I used it to hold
their millet.. worked good.

the metal clips on my cuttlebone broke so i picked this item up (and also picked up a backup cuttlebone). as with most new things, it took my young parakeet a while to investigate but soon turnout out to like it. i then moved a piece of millet spray from the cage floor to this and he was all over it. thumbs up!

very nice tool, I plan on purchasing at least two more. my birds like it because it keeps their cuttlebone in place-- no more fighting those cheap little metal folders.

This is just what I was looking for. I bought 3 of these, one for my Tiel, one for my Lovie, and one for my Budgies. They all love how there's a perch for them to stand on and I love how the cuttlebone stays in place and there's no mess. Great buy. :o)

Works fine with one modification.....it really could use a second strap, I just used a large twist-tie and it workd fine, little mess at all.

I have one for my 2 tiel's and they love it. I love it because it hold tight, and catch's the powder. Als have one put up for my Senegal when it get here.
