The product does exactly what the description says....and does it very well. I recieve calls on my office phone and cell phone all day and can easily answer either without being tied to a cord or having to hold my cell phone to my ear with my shoulder and than have to switch to the other reciever. I plugged it in and used it right away without reading the instructions. I still have not read them and have no problem. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer. But than again I am on it all day, usually 7 hours before I get static. If the earpiece was a little smaller I would like it more as well but no real complaints here. I would recommend it for anyone who gets office phone calls and cell phone calls and needs to use their hands for writing or a keyboard.

Same as the GN 6210 - I have the lifter with the GN 6210. Sometimes, completely randomly, it just doesn't want to work and I have to run back to my phone to answer it. I must sayit has a good range for Bluetooth, better than my Jabra BT250 (which this is supposed to be the same thing as), but it doesn't answer calls on my Sony-Ericsson phone like my Jabra BT250 does, it will oly work when I make calls or transfer sound. It's nice that it works with both though. Don't leave it in your pocket or it can break, far too fragile. It picks up WAY too much background noise and, like the BT250, it completely useless in the wind. The tech support is not much help, when mine fails to work (about once a week) all they do is make me reset it then re-pair it, which works sometimes and not others. I'm sending mine in for a replacement. If I could do it all over, I would get a dedicated headset for my desk phone (NOT from GN) and a good bluetooth headset for my cell phone.

I use this headset with our new VoIP phone system and I love it. But, it wont stay connected to my Motorola Q for more than 20 seconds. I dont know why, but the whole idea was to have one headset that could work on both units.

this product does great when you are in close range of it. Don't walk off to far though. One good thing is that you can use it with more that one phone.

it has a hard time staying connected to my sony ericson z520a but other than that it's good.

So far it works fine and does everything it should. I will also be trying the GNC analog earpiece.

I spent a lot of time looking for an office headset for my new VoIP phone. This one is lightweight and has good sound quality, plus it is incredibly easy to set up. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I was unable to get a dial tone on the first one. The GN Technician I spoke with to resolve the problem said the unit was defective. E-mailed Amazon and they shipped another immediately, no charge. However, I had the same issue with the second one. I am now in the process of shipping it back to Amazon for a full refund.

Very good quality!
Some times electronic signal interrupt the signal. And the interlocutor don't hear very well.

Great product. Lives up to all the expected demands.
