I was surprised when I saw the BT3010 listing by Amazon, because it states that this model is a noise canceling headset. I had not seen that claim before for this model, so I checked on the Jabra website. Jabra does NOT mention either in their general description or in the detailed specifications that the BT3010 is noise canceling. I offer this information as a review, because I do not know how to alert the Amazon people to correct their listing.

Breakdown:
-Quality depends totally on your phone type
-comfortable in ear
-easy to press answer/end button
-hard to press volume buttons
-great reception with right phone

This is my 1st bluetooth earpiece so at first I was not aware that the earpiece will work differently with different phones. When I got the Jabra about 10 months ago I was not very happy with it. I was using it with the Tre 650 through Sprint. It fit good in my ear and I liked the different design options, but there were technical problems. I could hear fine, but anyone I talked too said I kept cutting out. They didn't hear the background noise like you do with other earpieces, but half the time they couldn't hear me either. I got tired of having to repeat myself and quit using it for a while. Now about a month ago I got the Rumor phone by LG, through Sprint and the Jabra works great with it. With the Treo I had to keep my phone right by me at all times, I would get bad reception even if my phone was in my pocket. Now I can walk all around my house with barely any reception trouble at all. I don't have any problems with any one being able to hear me anymore. In fact they can't even tell I'm on the earpiece. My only problem now is that the earpiece takes about 3 seconds to connect after I press the answer button. Which is better than the Treo since the Jabra wouldn't answer the Treo at all. 3 seconds may not seem like much but it is enough time for you to say hello and then for the other person to start talking before you can hear what they are saying. Also I am horrible about dropping stuff so I have really torn up the earpiece. I have lost the plastic piece that holds in your design so now I just have a black Jabra (no big deal). I also lost the little rubber ring that goes around the piece that fits in your ear and the earpiece is still comfortable. Overall I love the Jabra with the Rumor phone.

This Bluetooth is great. It connected easily. It lets me know when im more than 30 feet away from my phone (as long as I have it on) by beeping. I leave my phone in the car sometimes and as im walking away it will beep in my ear to let me know. THe face plates are cute. I have a picture of myself on mine! It charges fast. No complaints!

I have both 2010 and 3010
they're basically THE SAME thing
but it's small, lightweight
because of the sticking out earbud design, it stays firm in my ear even without hook, and I put a regular earpad, it doesn't fall off as other customer said
it works great with TM506, and there's a big plus: it's loud, and still can hear clearly on the busy street
there's one more plus: miniUSB jack, that I can charge right from my computer, powered USB hub, or USB power supply
a great basic wireless headset for daily use

fits in my ear without the ear loop. Good volume...sounds as good as the Jabra $100 but fits much better. Love the lanyard/necklace...can hang it in the car or around my neck without having to leave it in the ear like a dork.

I have a "Super Slice" by UTStarcom. It's a super-slim "candy bar" type phone with Bluetooth connectivity. Since this was my first Bluetooth enabled phone, it was only a matter of time before curiosity got the better of me. I'm not a cell phone junkie. I don't use my phone every day. I wasn't looking to spend lot's of money for something I would use maybe two or three days out of a week. The Jabra BT3010 is a good value. It's not top-of-the-line, but the quality surpassed what I was expecting. The sound quality is good. According to callers it doesn't make my voice sound tinny. It's small enough to wear on your ear by itself, but it comes with an ear-clip for a more secure fit. It also comes with a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck. I use the lanyard when I don't want to wear the BT3010 in my ear all day, but need it within reach. The coolest thing is that you can change the look of the Jabra BT3010 simply by replacing it's faceplate. The BT3010 comes with 33 additional faceplates, or you can go to their website and design your own, and print it out. All-in-all this is a good product for first time users or young adults.

I bought this BT3010 after losing my Motorola $70 H500. I thought I awould try Jabra. I am very happy with the quality and sound. The interchangeable designs were nice. I bought one for my wife also, and the designs more fit her and her tastes. Great product for the price. had no problems sync with my A900 Samsung phones.

This item is really easy to use. I like how it fits in my ear. I also like the different skins it has so that you can change them depending on the mood you are in at that time. It works with any phone that I have. I like that alot.

This bluetooth we found 3 years ago at Fry's Electronics for $20. It was and is the best and longest lasting one we have found. Long talk and long range from phone. (53 foot tractor-trailer) And we have tried many. They are almost extinct now and sell for more than original. Only reason we have had to replace is our own stupidity. If you do not take care...dogs love to eat them or you step on them if you don't put them away.

There's nothing super special about this piece that sets it apart from the rest, other than the huge booklet of interchangeable designs. There's a design for everyone, I'm sure, but understand that they are just glossy thin cardstock, essentially, and they pop out fairly easily, and some have been lost because of this.

It does as described, and it's a decent price.
