Jabra Bluetooth Headset [Bulk Packaging]

I love this headset. These are my third and fourth sets (Jabra BT530).

My second set which was less than one month old, had the power switch fall off! This also happened on my first set after more than one year's use.

My biggest gripe is that The Price Pros shipped my two sets together and they don't have all the parts and were in two small plastic bags, not like the retail package or the bulk package. Each headset had a different eargel piece and only one ear hook.

The first two headsets I bought from other vendors came with 1 headset, 7 eargels, 2 earhooks, AC charger, USB cable, and a manual. The two I received from Price Pros each had 1 headset, 1 earhook, 1 AC charger, 1 eargel, and a manual. One of the headsets had an eargel intended for use without the earhook, while the other had the eargel that's intended for use with the earhook.

I called customer service and spoke with a nice young lady and explained the problem and she said she'd have to research the problem and call me back. She called back and explained that I bought the "bulk" packaged product and I received what I ordered. I questioned her about the differences between the two products and she said that if they were damaged, I could return them. She also said that they buy their products directly from Jabra. I chose to keep them because I really like the product.

I believe The Price Pros are engaging in shady business practices and I'll avoid them in the future.

There is nothing on their Amazon page to indicate that they are selling less than a complete product. Amazon should check into their practices.

Pros:
-small and light
-very fast charge time
-A2DP audio is great if you listen to podcasts on your phone
-sound is good on both sides. at highway speeds, i can hear people and they can hear me.

Cons:
-battery life could be better
-button location makes it easy to accidentally press them when jamming it in your ear, takes a while to get used to this

Tips:
-pretty much have to use the over-the-ear loop as far as i can tell
-i found a better fit using the ear-pad with the rubber loop attached, huge difference in comfort if i rotated the ear-pad so be sure to give it time and experiment

This is a super noise controller bluetooth hands free but I think the price is high

It works great with the iphone. You not only can listen to calls and music but also works with all your apps and podcast. It's discreet and comes in handy in the car. My only issue with it is the lowest volume is sometimes too loud depending on how the audio was originally recorded. Volume controls are on the Jabra and not the iphone.

This is the best bluetooth around , confortable, clear and i would and will recommend to all.

Also Company is Grade "A+" I had a question and they were quick (not on hold forever) clear and very knowledgeable about their product line...

Sound quality is good when listening to my iPod, but battery life is too short (about 3hrs). Be very careful when turning on/off. Had to return first one because on/off switch popped off and I couldn't get it back on! Recharging time is really fast.

The battery life on this bluetooth headset is really short between charges. It performs quite well otherwise for the price though I cannot recommend it based on the battery life simply being too short.

I just received the package. As described, I wasn't quite expecting to be in the original retail box, but in a loose OEM box. But at least, I expected it to be NEW! But to my horror, this turned out to be a REFURBISHED product! Which probably meant that this was a returned USED product, and not a NEW unit OEM-packed for space savings purposes.

I'm thoroughly dissapointed! This should have at least been made known to the buyer!

The electronics seemed fine (I bought it because I wanted to listen to music, etc, and not just phone calls) but the earclip design was very uncomfortable. And then the earclip broke off and now it's useless. I'll see if I can make an earclip myself.

This was a decent bluetooth that I had for about a year. It had good sound quality and it fit nicely in my ear (without the hoop, which bugged me). It worked fine until the tiny, somewhat flimsy power switch wound up breaking. Today, I wouldn't pay more than $30 for one of these if you can find them. I've since upgraded to a Jawbone Icon.
