I purchased this item because it was less expensive than at the phone mart. The product works great, but some say it sounds like you are talking through wax paper, I guess it isn't as clear as they say. I was under the impression that some of the basic things to make it work were included, as it said on the website. Gee, imagine my surprise when I opened the envelope, yes, I said envelope, in which it came, and the only thing in there was the Stone, charger and ear piece. And, that was it, no directions on how to pair it with my phone, no wall charger, so I had to go back to the phone mart and pay an additional $19.95 plus tax if I wanted to use it. According to the site these things were to be included, and I was too mad and frustrated to try to call these people. If you need to know anything about the device, just go to Jabra website, which is:[...] This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Amazon. But I guess my real gripe is with the company (The OEM Store) who did the actual packing and shipping.

Awesome product. Very sleek design, extremely comfortable. Battery life could be better but when you don't need it you can just store it on the stone to charge. The stone is said to hold an entire recharge on it. I have never had a problem with it dieing during my work day. Good sound quality, and i have never had a problem with the people I am talking to having trouble hearing me which was a concern with the mic being way up at the ear with no extension. Also love the fact that it plays the music from my phone I don't usually use this feature just because i try to save my battery for talk. Overall very impressed with the design and comfort and sound quality. definitely would suggest this to anyone that doesn't need long talk time

This bluetooth doesn't give the claimed 2 hours of talk time and the standby time is just as bad...everytime I end a call, I have to charge it. I have had better and less expensive bluetooths that require less charging and give more talk time and standby time. I wouldn't recommend the purchase of this item at all. Don't waste your money.

Bought this for my son (35 years old)and he really likes it. Had a little trouble getting it started. He likes the way it operates and the way it sets on his ear.

Pros:
Recommend this product, love the design and how it fits. I always have trouble with other headsets but this one fits great and I don't have to worry about it slipping out of my ear (which is the problem I have with every other headset).

Cons:
The connection is not best, sometimes can't hear other people very well, or other people can't hear me very well, but in Jabra's favor, I have had the same problem while trying other bluetooth headsets. Still, I will love an improvement in connection and hearing quality.

Earpiece works great...has a great sound. A little uncomfortable at first, but after a day or so I got used to it. Only drawbacknis that the answer button is at the bottom, so to answer a call, I end up pushing the earpiece further into my ear. Has a good battery life.

I may have had too high an expectation for the Jabra Stone Bluetooth. I felt that I could use the base to keep the earpiece charged for use. What I have experienced is an inability to know when the earpiece is going to work and when it isn't. I put it in the base and the bluetooth turns on in my phone so when I am trying to charge it I am unable to hear on my cellphone. I try again to remove the earpiece bluetooth connection from my cellphone while it is charging. It happens more than I care to even mention and it annoys me. Even when I am using the earpiece it goes out and I pick up my cellphone and the earpiece connects again. When I am charging the earpiece the light on the charger when plugged up does not turn green to let me know that I can unplug it. Just a bad experience.

I was so impressed by the looks and portable charge, however, it is the worse thing i have ever purchased. battery doesnt last, adjusting the volume will hang up the person on the phones, and even after bring fully charges it will disconnect for no reason. don;t purchase this bluetooth. Hold out for something better

Initially, I was thrilled with my Jabra Stone (bought one for my wife as well) but the thrill diminished with time as I continually had trouble keeping it from sliding out of my ear when in use. When it failed while in conversation, I had to resort to one handed driving. I tried every ear plug provided and could not find one that worked well.

More recently, my device has died. I am not sure if it is the charger or the earpiece. I have given up and have moved on to another device made by a competitor.

When I first received this item I could not get it to connect. I called customer service they where very helpful and only took minutes to get it working. So far it works great.
