The sound is good but the earpiece does not stay in place and it hurts my ear. Does not sit confortably.

I bought this as a gift for my husband so that he could talk to me on his way home from work, as it's a very long drive. The sound is not loud enough for him to hear me well, and when he talks he sounds muffled, like his mouth is full of marbles or something. It would probably work ok if you are in a quiet place but does not work as it should in the car. Another thing that interferes with it for some reason is our PS3, it will not work at all when the PS3 is turned on.

The one thing that I didn't like about this product, was that it didn't fit very well. I have small ears and throughout the day, I would have to take it out when it became too uncomfortable.

The concept of this blue tooth is wonderful...but implementation not so much. The piece is not flexible and does not mold to adjust for varying ear sizes. As a petite woman, I find it extremely difficult to use it while driving because I find myself having to hold the ear piece and fiddling with it to try to hear the person who called me. I got it for $14.99 and wished I would have saved the $$ and spend it on a better model.

Bulky and uncomfortable and sounds like you're in a tile bathroom. For $20 on sale it was a complete waste of $20.

I've gone through 5 bluetooth devices to find the perfect one for me. I Finally found it! The Jabra 2020 is versatile, compact, and actually fits in my ear. This device eliminates the little hook over the ear(which I found very difficult to use. The ball easily changes for right or left ear use and fits comfortably in the ear canal. in short--I LOVE IT!

This was very comfortable and easy to use. My only problem was that it was not loud enough when working around a noisy area. I have had others that allowed a louder speaker for use in these situations. Otherwise, nice piece of equipment.

I bought this due to the new hands free laws, so I'm using it exclusively in my car. It works fine, but isn't ideal for use in the car because the earpiece volume doesn't get loud enough and the mic tends to pick up a lot of road noise.

This earpiece is the worst yet. It is not comfortable in your ear.

I have sensitive ears and a hard time keeping in regular earpieces. This one works out pretty good. It more or less holds on to the side of your ear and the earpiece rests inside slightly. It has an adjustable sound piece on the earpiece- which was confusing at first. With it turned the wrong way it is very hard to hear. But once you flip it around the sound is great. Nobody had trouble hearing me, either. The back portion is a bit bulky, if it were flatter it would be perfect. I would recommend this to others.
